Emma Allen is the Director and Principal Consultant for Active Property Investing. She combines her passion for property and her enthusiasm for collaborating with people to streamline the process of finding and purchasing a quality investment.
Emma has worked with some of the most reputable Property Investment Companies in the industry assisting clients from across Australia and overseas. But it’s her personal experience of how property can accelerate wealth creation and dramatically change peoples lives that motivates her to specialise in this field. “Wealth through property is much more achievable than people think when you have the knowledge and information need.” She established Active Property Investing to bridge the gap between thinking about investing, to actively driving ones wealth creation for retirement.
Kathy Jarvis is the Principal Researcher who specialises in performing the due diligence to all aspects of property locating and purchasing. She believes that people should be well informed before purchasing a property no matter what location or state. Kathy has designed an investigative process for consistently gathering information and culling opportunities based on very strict property criteria.
Kathy has previously worked for other Australian-wide property companies as Head of Research and also as a Facilitator delivering investment property research programs to investors. She is very passionate about property and has built a successful personal property portfolio built on the same fundamentals & techniques as she provides clients.
Jana Abesamis is the Client Services Coordinator who takes the pain out of the paperwork. A highly organized professional, she can handle meticulous data and turn it into useful information.
Jana is primarily responsible for organising key stakeholders during property acquisitions. She project manages the process covering all the essential elements which might otherwise be overlooked. She draws from her extensive experience working with mortgage brokers and property agencies and believes that no investor should be intimidated and hindered by complex requirements.
Jana is passionate about property investing and believes that anyone can do it with the right help and guidance, something she loves to deliver to API clients.
Ros Ronning has spent more than 25 years as a specialist in the Organisational Development, Learning & Development and Human Resources arena. She works in partnership with API providing a broad range of services including executing strategy; executive coaching and the developing and facilitation training session for API staff.
She utilises her expertise and experience in assisting API to plan and implement performance management practices; including mapping purpose, vision and values and formulating strategic plans to achieve business objectives in times of change.
Rachel Agatep is the Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Active Property Investing. Combined with a background in graphic design and administration, she supports the Sales team and drives initiatives that engages clients and partners alike about the property industry.
Rachel is passionate about investment property and believes that people can have peace of mind knowing they can create and have access to a more secure and stable future through property.
